Peter A. Zamoyski Esq.

Peter Zamoyski

After 20 years of full-time litigation practice, and some truly extraordinary results for his clients over the past few years, Mr. Zamoyski has decided to retire from the active, full-time practice of law. He'll be helping give back to those who've helped make his career so rewarding and eventful thus far. He plans to spend every moment possible with his three kids before they graduate high school, teach again this Fall as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law (his alma mater), and explore other business opportunities in the future-from mediation and consulting to pursuing hobbies like the sport he and his kids love-water polo. So if you're facing imminent park closure or have suffered park-wide abuses arising from park management's failure to maintain the premises, Tim Tatro and the other Tatro & Zamoyski, LLP attorneys and staff remain ready to help good people like you whose mobile homes and financial futures are being jeopardized by park owners.

At Tatro & Zamoyski, we have an in-depth understanding of the California Mobilehome Residency Law and the economic factors at play in these complex cases. Our knowledge and outstanding trial presence level the playing field against highly influential and often unfair trailer park and mobile home park owners, developers and local government agencies. And, unlike the other law firms, we exclusively represent homeowners, homeowners associations, and park residents - never park owners or developers. We're always on your side.

We specialize in fighting for the underdog against the largest corporations, government entities, insurance companies and their national and international law firms. We strive to more than even the playing field-we aim to slay those giants. We wouldn't want it any other way. And that's what Tatro & Zamoyski has accomplished with our partners' collective 40+ years litigation experience. We've proven that we fight hard for good people in their time of need and deliver big results in mobilehome park cases-with judgments, settlements, and awards of over $7 million, $19 million, and $32 million.

If you need someone to take on what seems impossible, and fight for you in a park closure situation or where the park owners have seriously failed to maintain your mobilehome park, contact us right now so we can get started helping you too. Our offices are conveniently located in the Del Mar Heights / Carmel Valley area, just off I-5 at Del Mar Heights Road.
